Back then she was part of the tiny team that went on to grow Holiday Lettings to be acquired by TripAdvisor, where she stayed with for another 5 years to develop their vacation rental offering.
A voice of the industry, she went on to be a travel industry pundit for the BBC. And she’s now a host too.
She’s a seeker of memorable guest experiences (ask her about riding pillion across Europe!) and an advocate for hospitality having previously run restaurants before finding her place in travel.
